What will the lift carry?
This decides most of the shortlist on its own.
The same logic as a phone call to the works
No scoring tricks and nothing invented — the shortlist comes from the published envelopes of the fourteen machines we build.
Published ratings are hard limits
A stacker rated to 1000 kg is never suggested for a 1500 kg pallet, and a zero level lift that raises 2000 mm is never offered a two-storey job. If an answer exceeds a rating, that machine leaves the list.
The duty picks the type
What the lift carries decides most of the shortlist: goods point to tables, stackers and cantilevers; vehicles to the 1000 – 6000 kg car lift; access work to platforms; building traffic to passenger lifts.
Off the chart means built to order
Above 6 tonnes or past 8 metres of travel the finder does not stretch a rating to please you — it says the job is a drawing-board build, which is most of what leaves our works anyway.
