Export & international supply

Built in India. Supplied where the work is.

Essem Engineers manufactures hydraulic lifts and work platforms in Delhi NCR and supplies them across India and to international customers — configured to the destination, not adapted after the fact.

How it works

One works, two markets

The machine an international buyer receives is the same machine we commission in an Indian plant — the difference is decided on the drawing board, not at the dock.

  1. 01

Designed & built in Delhi NCR

Every machine starts as a drawing at our head office and is fabricated, assembled and load-tested across our two works — nothing is bought in and re-badged.

  2. 02

    Supplied across India

Most of our 375-plus installations run in Indian showrooms, warehouses and plants — including sites for Maruti Suzuki, Honda and the Indian Air Force.

  3. 03

    Shipped to international projects

The same machines, configured to the destination — electrical spec, platform size and controls set at the design stage, with packing and freight quoted alongside the machine.

Configured for the destination

Why these machines export well

An exported lift fails for boring reasons: the wrong control voltage, a deck that does not fit the shaft it was measured for, or a machine that cannot be broken down for the container. All three are design decisions, which is why we settle them in the quotation rather than discovering them in a port.

Send the load, the travel, the platform size, the control specification and the destination. What comes back is a configuration, a price and a shipping arrangement — from the people who will actually build the machine.

Electrical specification

Supply voltage, phase and control layout are set per job — 220 / 440 V with 24 V controls is standard on car lifts, and the rest of the range is configured the same way.

Built to drawing

Platform size, travel, capacity and guarding follow your application, not a fixed catalogue. If your spec sheet is in another format, send it as it is.

Sectional where it matters

Mast lifts erect from sections on site — the same way we install them in India — which is also what makes them practical to containerise and ship.

Export questions

Buying from outside India

Answers from the works, not a sales script. Anything project-specific: [email protected].

Yes. Every machine is designed and built at our works in Delhi NCR, and the 375-plus installations to date include sites outside India. Export supply is quoted per project: the machine, the packing and the freight are priced together once we know the destination, so there is one number rather than three surprises.

Yes. Control systems are configured per job rather than fixed — car lifts, for instance, run 220 / 440 V supply with 24 V controls — and voltage, phase and control layout are set to the destination’s requirement at the design stage, not adapted after the machine is built.

The same five things we ask every buyer — load, travel, platform size, control specification and site constraints — plus the destination. With those, our engineers come back with a configuration, a price and a shipping arrangement, not a form acknowledgement.

It depends on the machine. Mast lifts are built in sections that erect on site — the same way we install them in India — while smaller tables travel as a unit. Packing and freight are agreed as part of the quotation, once the machine and the destination are both fixed.

Our installation record includes sites abroad, and turnkey work — concept through commissioning — is how most of our projects run. For export jobs the commissioning arrangement is agreed up front as part of the project scope, so nobody discovers at the port whose job the erection is.
